An exchange is only possible if the article received is found to have a manufacturing defect, such as:
Reporting a Defect:
Any defect must be reported immediately upon receiving your parcel. The item must be dispatched back to us for exchange within 36 hours of delivery.
The tracking ID and courier receipt must also be shared with us via Instagram or WhatsApp within the same 36-hour period.
Exchange Conditions:
Please inspect your parcel carefully as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if you notice any eligible defect.
All Saa's pieces are made to order and are prepared specifically for each customer.
Advance Payment:
To confirm and process your order, advance payment is mandatory. A valid WhatsApp number is required for order confirmation and communication.
Orders will not be processed or catered to without advance payment, as stated in your WhatsApp order confirmation.

Since every garment is crafted specifically for the customer, advance payment allows us to reserve the order, begin production, and ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
This policy also helps us avoid losses caused by refused or uncollected Cash on Delivery parcels.
Processing & Delivery:
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be reserved and prepared for dispatch. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
